I began my property management career 30 years ago. During that time, I’ve had the opportunity to manage several different types of rental properties including; Section 8 housing, Farmers Home 515, conventional residential housing, and student housing.
I spent several years traveling in 3 states training individuals who were beginning their careers in residential property management.
